Colson Kelly, or Machine Gun Kelly is best known for the unique way he raps. As a child, he spent a great deal of time traveling along with his parents who were missionaries. His dad James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployed as did his mother Sonia Alane left them when at the age of nine. Baker and his dad moved to Denver, where they lived at the house of his dad's aunt. Baker suffered bullying from other children in his neighborhood because of the poverty he had. In the sixth grade, Baker began listening to rap. Colson Baker popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on 22 April 1990 in Texas in the U.S. He is best known for his rock-infused hip hop and contemporary alternative. Baker released four mixtapes prior to signing to Bad Boy Records between 2007-2010. Delivering lyrics with the speed of a bullet train this Cleveland rapper experienced a meteoric increase in the latter half of 2011 as he made the transition from cranking out self-released mixtapes to working with reputed label. Then his career exploded with each of his albums charting in the top ten.
