Sarah Shahi

Sarah Shahi is an American actress, best known for her role in the TV show 'Life'. Shahi is the daughter of an Iranian mother as well as a Spanish father. Her mixed heritage helped widen her horizons beyond the boundaries of geography and religion. Shahi always had a dream of becoming an actor. In the age of just eight when she started modelling, Shahi quickly moved on. She performed a lot in theatre at college and at school. Sarah began her television and film careers modestly. Before she was able to land a leading role in a TV sitcom Sarah was a guest star in a variety of television and film shows. The popularity of Shahi doesn't stop at her acting talents. She's one of the top actors on the market. Shahi was ranked at number 90 on Maxim Magazine's "Hot 100" list in 2005. In the following year, the magazine increased her rank to 36 in 2012 and 66 at the time of 2006. Maxim Magazine's October 2012 issue featured her on the front cover. In 2007, she was placed 5th on AfterEllen.com's top list of hot girls. In addition to being an actress, Sarah Shahi also is a sports enthusiast and was employed as a NFL cheerleader prior to taking her spot on the camera. She has a brown-belt in Karate.
